We take full responsibility for the project management and supervision of the office space planning, office design, office refurbishment works, furniture installation and office relocation.
We have in place proven systems and management procedures which include:

- Rigorous health & safety processes
- Construction documentation
- Cost planning
- Critical path analysis
Regular communication with peripheral service providers, suppliers and consultants during the office design process ensures that project programmes are achieved.
Upon completion of the office refurbishment construction work, final quality assurance inspections are made prior to handover to our clients.
