Post Project Support
We are committed to maintain the same levels of client service and attention our clients received during the original project in order to establish a long term relationship.
To support this philosophy, on first August 2005 we launched a new Client Support Team dedicated to supporting our major clients.
The team headed by Bruce Gardener allocate a Client Support Manager to each client to act as a dedicated contact for future churn works and minor projects. In addition to project managing the works, they ensure that all approvals are obtained and provide updated "As-Built" drawings on an ongoing basis.
After every project we conduct client satisfaction interviews to ensure that we have met our clients' expectations. We pride ourselves in delivering quality office interiors and in the last 12 months over 50% of our turnover is repeat business or direct referral.
