At Area Sq we like to have fun and socialise internally, but also entertain our clients and business partners.
WEST END AGENTS DARTS NIGHT
Area Sq have organised the first West End Office Agents Society Darts Event on Tuesday 2nd June, with a special guest appearance from Andy Fordham.
The event held at the Clarence in Mayfair was attended by over 60 West End Agents who took on Andy ‘The Viking’ Fordham, to a 6 dart high score challenge for Charity. The proceeds of his challenge won by Bert Murray of Dron & Wright with a score of 128 against 124, have gone to the Fourfront Group Charity, the Shooting Star Children’s Hospice.
The main competition was fierce with the best of 3 games final being a fitting end to the evening.
The final winners were Simon Lee of DTZ & Steve ‘Diamond’ White of Area Sq closely beating Andy Heath and Guy Milne of Strutt & Parker.
Oliver Hammond, Managing Director of Area Sq London comments: “This first event was a great success and the WEOAS agents are looking forward to the next event, likely to be in the autumn.”
SUMMER BBQ 2008
About 100 staff, as well as their families and friends, made sure that the first ever Fourfront Summer BBQ on 13th July was a memorable day.
The event was held at Barnett Hill is a beautiful Queen Anne-style mansion set in 26 acres of stunning landscaped gardens and woodlands, just outside Guildford in Surrey.
The weather was gorgeous and the guests were able to enjoy all the entertainment on offer, including face painting, bouncy castles, crazy golf, giant games, penalty shoot out and even rodeo bull rides for the most courageous adults!

REGIONS TEAM BUILDING 2008
The team building day in the isle of Wight saw Area Sq Regions learn a few sailing techniques: despite Champagne flowing each team managed to keep firmly on the decks.
The day started with breakfast at the Royal Southampton Yacht Club, followed by a sailing trip to Cowes and an afternoon race. Gary Chandler's team won the regatta - congratulations to his crew who managed to get Simon Tilley (an ex-professional sailor) on board but we were told it was a pure coincidence....!).

TWENTY20 CRICKET MATCH
Lords, the WACA, Sabina Park, The Wanderers.....grounds which are synonymous with World Class cricket. Farnham Royal Cricket Club can now be added to this illustrious list as it recently hosted a Twenty20 match between an Office Agents XI and office interior specialists Area Sq.

NEW LONDON OFFICE OPENING PARTY

GO KARTING
Our sister company, Cube Interior Solutions took a group of budding Michael Schumacher’s i.e. Agency Surveyors, Go-Karting, followed by a few drinks in the Dover Street Wine Bar near our London office. As a major pile up lead to cracked ribs and a hospital visit, we decided to would opt for a safer option next time – drinks only
