Previously accommodating two offices in Maidstone, Bel wanted to relocate in order to consolidate their operations into one office. Area Sq were appointed to design and build a new UK office in Sevenoaks.
Andrea Fung, Designer at Area Sq comments, "The client wanted the new office to reflect their brand and personality whilst achieving a comfortable, yet professional, look and feel to the space. An essential part of the brief included an impressive front-of-house and display area as well as a coherent open plan back-of-house with the finishes complementing their branding."
Andrea adds, "The unusually high ceiling was a great feature for a modern office environment. To enhance this, we installed new lighting to provide both up and down light which accentuated the curve of the ceiling."
Bold splashes of red and green added a vibrant lift to the scheme whilst giving the space a corporate identity that resonated with Bel’s branding.
Furniture for the office was supplied by Area Sq's sister company, Sketch Studios, who implemented their Reinspirise program to provide a cost effective solution to re-energise the existing office furniture.
