Area Sq have recently completed the office design and fit-out for EISER Infrastructure Partners LLP (EIP), an equity fund manager with over 1.1 Billion Euros in committed capital.
Previously located at 82 Bishops Gate, EIP decided to relocate to Market Place in London W1 in order to mark a fresh new business approach, following their Management Buy-out from BNP Paribas.
EIP wanted their new workplace to represent stability, elegance and transparency, whilst not becoming too opulent.
