Towry Law, a fast growing Wealth Advice business, employing over 500 people in 10 offices across the United Kingdom relocated to a new 14,000sq ft office on New Street Sq. The project had to be completed within tight timescales to meet the client move in date.
Area Sq planned the office located on the 16th and 17th floor around the spectacular views of the London skyline.
The client’s objective was to achieve a sophisticated look with ample storage facilities within a relatively tight budget. Area Sq achieved this through clever use of furniture and finishes.
The office comprises a client reception, large open plan area, a meeting suite, a large teapoint with seated break-out area and a Comms room for which a specific mechanical system had to be built in order to be housed in a specific location to link into the building systems.
The main challenge of this project resided in having to work round the contractors during the construction of the building itself.
After the successful completion of this project, Area Sq was subsequently appointed for the design and fit-out of Towry Law’s Birmingham and Manchester offices.
