The client had already selected the building they wanted to relocate to and was looking for the right design partner to realise their aspirations. Area Sq was in competition with three other companies and was awarded the contract.
The office includes a client facing Reception with two sound proof rooms, a major Boardroom which can be divided with high spec Audio Visual equipment, a large open area and a break-out space.
A large comms room was created to an exacting brief via Stark Investment’s US office.
The Break out space whith fantastic views down Oxford Street boasts stylish furniture and feature lighting.
High quality finishes such as corian on teapoint worktops, veneer door and storagewall create a luxurious feel. Wallcovering was used throughout to soften the scheme.
Stark Investment created a sub-let of approx 3,600sq ft which was also fitted-out by Area Sq.
