First Avenue Partners wanted to create an elegant office base to handle high end clients in a relaxed but confidential environment. Area Sq were provided with a tight deadline for First Avenue’s occupation and tasked Area Sq with full interpretation of the design brief.
The finished project has provided First Avenue with a superb facility for both staff and clients, glass fronted offices with acoustic treatment, sophisticated meeting rooms with custom joinery. The open plan space utilising high end furniture with a classic Black and Chrome finish.
The unique Break out area provides granite counters, granite flooring creating a relaxed, well designed central 'hub' to the office, a fresh coffee machine adding to the ambience within this quality suite.
