EISER Infrastructure Partners (EIP) is the equity fund manager of the EISER Global Infrastructure Fund with over 1.1 Billion Euros in committed capital.
Previously located at 82 Bishops Gate, EIP decided to relocate in order to mark a fresh new business approach, following their Management Buy-out from BNP Paribas.
Area Sq Lead Designer, Kat Wickens, comments, "The client's brief was extremely design led, and the EISER team had a great appreciation for products and furniture which made this project a pleasure to design." She adds, "The scheme had to represent stability, elegance and transparency, whilst not becoming too opulent."
A light, open and airy front-of-house, suitable for entertaining, was one of the key requirements of the client. To this end, Area Sq developed an open plan reception area with beautiful floor finishes, neutral colours and fantastic furniture to create a classic, sophisticated but functional design throughout. Furthermore, the coffee point was included in this area allowing Area Sq to fulfil the client's entertaining requirements.
In addition to this, Area Sq worked closely with each Partner of EIP to design individual offices reflecting their unique personalities.
Designer furniture was supplied by Area Sq's sister company, Sketch Studios. Sketch worked with EIP helping to procure furniture throughout the office space which included pieces from Herman Miller, Knoll and Vitra.
