Our charity work

Area supports a range of charities and local community initiatives through Fourfront Group. We are proud of our success and pleased to be able to give something back to the community

We organise regular fundraising events and voluntary programmes to help local communities, charities and participate in environmental projects. These have included supplying materials and furniture to Construction Youth Trust, inviting local students to tour construction sites and assisting clients with carbon offsetting initiatives.

Giving something back

Shooting Star CHASE Children’s Hospice

We have been supporting Shooting Star CHASE Children’s Hospice, a charity caring for children with life-limiting conditions and their families, since 2008 and Fourfront Group so far has raised over £242,000 through events and sponsorship.

Our fundraising events range from sporting challenges to fun events, so that everybody in the company can get together and make a contribution. We have completed numerous half marathons and marathons, London to Paris and London to Barcelona cycle rides, the Three Peaks Challenge, skydives, Space Hopper races, a Scrapheap Challenge, and even an office chair race!

Environmental Charities

We offset our carbon footprint and achieve our accredited carbon negative status by working with the National Trust, Forestry Commission, Trees for Cities, and Moor Trees on Dartmoor. We do more than buy trees to offset our carbon, we come together and get our hands dirty planting them.

We have restored native woodlands on Dartmoor with Moor Trees and re-planted ancient English woodland with The National Trust at Harewood Estate, near Redhill, Surrey. We have also worked with a number of clients to help them offset the carbon footprint from their office refurbishment programmes.

Recently, we sponsored an environmental educational project with Ashley Primary School in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. We partnered with the sustainable school on the ‘Native Orchard Education Programme’, a structured programme which became part of their educational curriculum and covered everything from the planting and nurturing the trees to harvesting, cooking and composting. We helped the children plant soft fruit bushes and purchased 2,000 bees for this project.
